What’s your shipping policy?
All regular orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Choose FREE SHIPPING at checkout for US orders over $50 (*please note an expedited paid shipping option is available and will display as well, choose FREE SHIPPING for standard shipping.)
We currently ship to United States, US Minor Outlying Islands, USPS PO Box and Military FPO/APO/DPO, Canada, and the United Kingdom (UK).

Where’s my order confirmation?
If you placed an order with us, please check your email including your promotions, spam, and junk folders. Order confirmations are emailed automatically after you place an order. In rare cases there may be a slight delay. If you feel you have not received an order confirmation, please send an inquiry to email@example.com.
Where is my order?
All regular orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped to the email address provided at the time of your order. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 7 – 10 business days from date of purchase. Please check your tracking number and send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions as soon as possible. We can not help with missing or lost packages if we are not alerted within a reasonable time frame of any issues.
Returns + Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exchanges and credit may be honored if applicable. All requests for exchanges or credits must be placed within 5 business days of receipt of item. Email email@example.com to submit a Return Authorization request with the following information:

- – Order date
- – Customer name
- – Email address
- – Item requesting return/exchange
- – Reason for return/exchange
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please be sure to choose the best shipping option for your order at checkout including Free Shipping option for orders over $50.
Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.
